Rough conditions, extreme temperatures, harsh challenges? Well, I don't know about you, but to me that sentence screams “SHTF”. I mean, there's always been no doubt that a SHTF situation is going to be a tough struggle for all of us. Yet, the thought of just how tough it'll be to try and survive something as gritty as this hasn't really sunk in for many people.
SHTF really is going to be a total challenge for anybody that wants to survive. Because of this, it's a guarantee that it's going to put our bodies through hell, and it won't be very enjoyable for us. From wounds to diseases to straight up fatigue, our bodies are going to have to be able to handle a lot.
Yet, not too many people are 100% healthy and ready for SHTF. Sure, there are lots of fit people out there, but there's also the fair share of those that are unhealthy, and those in between. Of course, I'm not saying you need ripped muscles to survive the collapse, but you need stamina and strength.
Essentially, you want to be quite fit and in good condition, whatever that may look like and feel like for you. You've just got to ensure that you're capable of enough to handle SHTF.
So, to see if you're missing anything or to simply get a few tips on being more fit for SHTF, take a look at this survival health guide on the next page!
